Overview Access Manager user scenarios

The Access Manager makes it simple and easy for business’ to plan and maintain Access Management and Information Security in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The Access manager consist of two areas of responsibilities and therefore you will find two predefined Job Roles in you Access Manager.

Information Security Manager (Technical User) The Information Security Manager is responsible for the Information Security Implementation and maintenance in Dynamics 365 Business Central based on changes in system permissions and business needs.

Access Manager (Non-Technical User) The Access Manager is responsible for enrolling and revoking users to Job Roles in Dynamics 365 Business Central based on business changes and needs.
